How do I find the new Tank Crew map?

I wondered if the new hi-res map is available in the early access and if so where do we find it please?

Early Access just started with the first two tank models. The map usually will be one of the last items to be released to EA. Maybe in 12-15 months?

Ok thanks..although I am surprised/ disappointed. From the review videos I assumed it was much further advanced than this.. Good fun though nevertheless! ?

No, it is very early “early access”. Only two tanks outside basically no features implemented that doesn’t already exist for the f2p drivable tanks other than the extra crew positions.

Who has done a video interview on Tank Crew? I'm quite interested what's been said out there.

 

I've been very careful to mention, nearly every time I talk about Bodenplatte, Tank Crew, and Flying Circus to emphasize that they are all still Early Access and that we're early on in the early access period. I hope other folks producing content in the community are doing the same.

I looked at many videos just by searching Il-2 Tank Crew and it wasn't obvious the product so far is just 2 extra tanks. Even reading the products official page, it's all in current tense rather than future, i.e. "Tank Crew contains ten famous tanks and armored vehicles that you can drive, shoot and command in virtual combat alone or with friends. Tank Crew also comes with a map of the Prokhorovka sector of the Kursk Salient. " 

I have to be honest, if I knew how early in development it is, I would of held off spending the money until there's some substance.

Very true, so I didn't expect all vehicles, if any more at all, but there's no mention of the new map not being available already. Not a big deal, just a bit surprised /disappointed. ?

Agreed, the information could have been better done. Those of us who've been regular on this forum awhile know how early access works, but to folks coming in or re-connecting now because of Tank Crew and Flying Circus it is likely to be a surprise.

Never mind, at least we have something to look forward to!
