Issues Logging into IL-2 Account from Steam Game

I've already sent support several tickets and have been waiting for a few weeks, no replies.

Whenever I try to link my steam game with this account by logging in, it gives me a #4 error, saying my email or password is wrong. The thing is, I've reset my password a few times to try to fix already, and I am 100% absolutely certain I haven't entered the wrong information. I can log in to my account from the browser just fine, it's just the game. Please help.
