Good find - missing pages 4 & 5 unless that is just avialogs saving them for if you buy.  It is mostly about engine management.

I do apologise, I had thought that it would be easier to link through to all the other Doc's on the site. I'll have another go this evening when I get back to my PC.

 

i always worry that I' m the last to know the obvious but then if I risk looking silly but somebody new finds a link  useful or educational then I suppose it's a small price to pay.
