Optimal graphics settings for dense ground objects?

Im playing in career mode on expert and i get about 120 fps and it runs pretty smoothly with nvidia fast sync enabled.

I still get a jerk or stutter every now and then and it seems to me more so when i increase the density of ground objects.

Any tips on best graphics settings?
