CCG_Pips Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Nice!!! missions at dusk are the most beautiful, due to the light!!
Leaf Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 (edited) SweetFX helps too. Fore sure!!!! Sweet fx is fantastic !!! I can never get the anti aliasing to work with it though (despite turning AA off in the in-game settings). It always looks a bit jagged; is there any way to have 8x AA and SweetFX? Edited November 30, 2014 by 19te.Leaf
CCG_Pips Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 I do not know!! I am turning off the AA if I want to use Sweet fx.......my game is mutch more beautifull, no fps lose and still very stable ........so AA is not useful for me when sweet fx is running..
II/JG17_HerrMurf Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 This is one of the best artistic in-game artistic pics I've seen. I have to say it is marvellous to watch the small details of light effects implemented in BOS. Just look at the side engine cowling of the Yak, you almost can see the material under the paint.

MadKerbal Posted January 19, 2015 Posted January 19, 2015 (edited) While i don't usually post, (in fact this might be my first post here ) I felt like posting my various screenshots from IL2 BOS here is a bit of a oh cr*p moment where I wasn't paying attention to where the enemy 109 was going... Luckily I got away with a broken prop. Edited January 19, 2015 by KSPMadKerbal 1
-NW-ChiefRedCloud Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 Arthur, nice skins. What do they represent? Just curious. Chief
DD_Arthur Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 They're both fictional - I think. Adler Blau is one of the mods over on the Russian forum and has made this really nice Lufthansa skin for the He-111. Most German bomber types of the early/mid thirties' were developed as civil transport machines to get around some of the provisions of the Treaty of Verseilles and many did see commercial airline service. The '109 is part of a set of four racing skins made by BearKiller in a Lufthansa style to. They make a nice pair. 'Fraid I lack the time, talent and patience for skinning myself so I'm very grateful to the guys who have gone to the effort to do this. It's one of the things that has kept my interest up lately. That and multiplayer........yeah - multiplayer is coming on steadily. 1
Jade_Monkey Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 A few random pics: Nice skin from the SP Veteranen Missions I love the design of the Yak's nose, especially from this angle. The machineguns bulging out makes the plane look so cool for me. 1
voncrapenhauser Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 (edited) I love the design of the Yak's nose, especially from this angle. The machineguns bulging out makes the plane look so cool for me. That shark mouth intake is a good feature and the wing shape in plan view is almost unique. A good looking plane.
