How Do You Get to Different Maps?

How do you access the different maps--Kuban and Moscow and Stalingrad?  How do you choose which map to fly over?    I purchased all three but all I see now is the coastal map when I boot up to play a quick mission.  My question is regarding all the modules not just Flying Circus.

My thanks to both of you.  New question:  Why do some people in this forum have those gold bars with stripes under their avatars?   Some have one, while others have four or five.  What is that about and how do you get them?

Not really. Those that purchase the indicated game modules via pre-order/early access get the special recognition for supporting the game.
