The US95th was started in the beginning of 1998, shortly after Red Baron II was released. We flew extensively in RBII/RB3D, then migrated to Rise of Flight and are looking forward to the release of Battle of Stalingrad.

Sounds like it will be a heavy load for newer computers.  I am thinking you guys are going to be pushing forward to WW2 aircraft.  What type?  Fighters, bombers, or what?  I am retired USAF, so am looking for a group with Air Force, or Army AF themes.  Any suggestions?

     Tsavah, sorry for the long delay, but we just did some SQ re-inventing. We have just had a SQ wide vote on various SQ issues. One of them is that the 95th is no longer a wood and canvas only SQ. Since the 95th also flew in WWll, we voted to include WWll Flt Sims into our world. We even voted to include  Jet Flt Sims, since, (I think), the 95th is still active today but is a Recon SQ.

 

     So buy all means to check us out at the above web page we are looking for new members in all of the Flt Sim realms. I with my multiple personalities bounce back and forth,between IL-2 and RoF. Right now I am in an IL-2 state of mind. I will as a rule play in the Sky server most days/nights since I too am retired.

 

     As to what crates we fly; I will fly what ever side is down in numbers and now, I am working on my bombing. I will however, jump into fighters ;it just depends on the map.........V...........

     This is an update to my above post. The US95th Aero Squadron, is in the proccess of reinventing itself, in order to bring it more in line with the real world squadron. The 95th, ( the real one, with various mission reincarnations), flew and fought in WWI, WWII, and in Korea. It also flew during the cold war and is still active today as a reconnaissance squadron, (yes, I checked ;0).. ). So, with this in mind we are in the process of opening the membership to all eras of Flt Sims. Our Sq page still has the look of a wood and canvas only unit, ( remember, the reinvention is a work in progress), but that is not the case.

 

     We are actively looking for new members who enjoy flying in any combat flight sim regardless of the era. Our rules are simple, Fly with Honor, Respect all Players and Have Fun. So, no matter what your age is or where you are from, male female, it is not important to us. Accept our three simple rules and we would like to have with us.
