znort Posted August 7, 2018 Posted August 7, 2018 Hi, all! I'm trying to play with dual joysticks but the game seems to be mixing up the joysticks when I restart. Could be Windows reassigning the USB ports, but I got this to work on other games (e.g. Elite). My devices.txt has this: Quote configId,guid, model| 0,%22ffef42a0-2150-11e7-0000545345440180%22,Saitek%20X52%20Pro%20Flight%20Controller| 1,%22213573b0-e75f-11e7-0000545345440280%22,MFG%20Crosswind%20V2| 2,%22e6cc7f10-3854-11e8-0000545345440180%22,VPC-MongoosT-50| 3,%22e6cc7f10-3854-11e8-0000545345440280%22,VPC-MongoosT-50 (guess I could remove the x52 entry at some point) Anybody had the same problem? Any suggestions?
znort Posted September 9, 2018 Author Posted September 9, 2018 figured out how to change the device name in the firmware. can be closed.
VIRPILControls Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 It's also worth noting that in our recent software update, you can set each VPC stick to be specifically left or right handed - this will prevent any mixing up issues between the dual stick devices
