Tank crew voices

As a test I recorded a simple sample mission and added crew sounds in post, just to give a rough idea of crew sounds.

I would have also done a version with the Kv1..  but my russian is really bad

 

The sounds are from Steel Fury.

 

I've played Steel Beasts a lot and I love the loader and gunner yelling. I would love to see an option (note..  option) to enable crew voices.

I'm not a big fan of the commander always barking directions to the driver..   but waiting for the loader to tell you that the gun is loaded during a fight would be a nice addition.

Yeah the crew voices in steel fury were really good, especially the loader. I agree you probably don't need the commander barking directions. But I do hope they add something like this later down the line for atmosphere.

That is why I said as an "Option" ? ..  so you can turn it off when it's really getting on your nerves

yeah I would love to have these voices too, both for the German and Russian tank crew.

I used the German commands from T34 vs Tiger, they do sound great. You can combine any distance announcements using 2 seconds timers, like Enemy tank spotted at 500m. Really cool.

This is the voice of your very own forum member Veteran66, I know him well and that is his voice. Veteran66 also did a lot of the voices for Graviteam Tactics Operation Star and our MMP T34 vs Tiger mod.
