Thank you for the response. I have done all of that several dozen times. In Firefox, it just continues to wait on the server and continues to try and download (for hours). In IE, it freezes the browser to the point that it has to be killed with the Task Manager. In Chrome, it tries for a few seconds and then says the server can be reached. I can download the installer in under 30 seconds. So their server is fine. That leads me to suspect you have something blocking the download. Do you have overly intrusive security software like Norton installed that may be blocking or preventing downloads? Interesting that the three browsers all fail and do so in different ways.

I do have Norton, but I disabled the Firewall and Auto-Protect. Maybe I need to disable it altogether during the download?

Maybe I need to disable it altogether during the download? Don't know and don't know if Norton is the issue (hard to tell from here :)) but something on your end is blocking your download. That's for sure.

That's for sure. Re-booted and it works just fine. That makes me an idiot for not doing it earlier. A humble thank you for your help.
