Tiger periscope - ho to use.

Hello,

In Tiger there is a periscope. I can look through it but cannot move/rotate it.

Is there a way to use it ?

I have found no usable periscopes per se.

 

There are displayed periscopes that can be accessed by zooming into their visors image for a closer look outside.

Not all tank periscopes rotate. There are some nice photos here, which suggest that Tiger periscopes were fixed in place:

If it's a scissors scope then presumably it's for range finding rather than observation so it only needs to look in the direction of the main gun. Range finding would have been important so having additional eyes and estimation is benificial to the gunner.

As other said, there is no way to move them as Tiger periscopes were fixed in place.
