Tank Crew controls

Just started to play this,  had some   small amount of time in the initial release.   Observations  that I have so far  that I see as limiting this game.

1)  No binoculars for commander, at least not that I can find.

2) Gun and turret control,   using the mouse for this, the turret movement seems more like flying a WW1 aircraft, than moving a turret/gun

there does not seem to be any crisp movement, and too much drift when adjusting the gun to fire,  no real fine control.

3)  Would be useful to have a turret auto center  command .
