IL2 has a major flaw with the oculus rift in the IPD (inter pupil distance) is locked at one value (about 66mm). What this means is that the scale of objects looks perfect for any players lucky enough to have the correct distance between their eyes, but is wrong for the rest of us! I have an IPD of 62, so everything looks tiny (pilot is about 3 feet tall), others with larger IPD such as 69 will see everything as being too large. Please don't comment with "looks fine to me"... you just have the right natural IPD for the game (probably the same as the VR devs working on IL2!). So, please, please could we have either dynamic IPD adjustment where the game actually reads the local oculus settings (this is what most games do, and engines like unity/unreal do automatically), or if that is not possible within the limitations of your engine could we have a manual adjuster in the settings?
