Mission Editor - missing Cameraman.dll file

Hello!

When I try to start up the mission editor an error message appears saying there's a file 'Cameraman.dll' missing on my PC. Is reinstalling the whole il2 client the only way to get that file? I'm not running it on steam.

I reinstalled the game and the error persists. Did you manage to solve this?
