ROF promo code activation after purchase

Hello,

 

I purchased IL2 Flying Circus Early Acces on 25-7-2018.

At that moment I did not have the ROF promo code because I did not comply to the then active rules.

However NOW I have recieved a promo code from ROF for IL2 Flying circus and one for other IL2 products.

Is it possible to active the IL2 Flying circus promo code and get a refund or credits on my IL2 account for future purchases.

Still no response.

I don't understand why 777 will sit idly by their most loyal fans's loss.

Just because I purchased FC too fast , before I read the the whole announcement.
