can not log in to the game

I have just purchased flying circus and did a download of IL2 battle of moscow I am now not able to log in to the game it says wrong logon e-mail not recognized.

 

I have tried running it under administrator but that does not work either.

 

Does any one have any suggestions. Note have same issue with Rise of flight
