Steam or Not to Steam

I have been playing the BOM from the 1C launcher window and i really love it. 

it saves me from all the crapy advertisements we get on steam and  it has the same approach as eve online launcher has, wich is great.

But now that 1C recovered my BOS issue, and i can start BOS from steam again, i realize that if i start the game from the 1C launcher, the BOS career is not available.  I feel like i am try to date the 1C Launcher but it keep sending me on date with her ugly sister (Steam launcher). My question is, since i have all 3 careers, if there is any way i can start the game on 1c launcher and have the 3 careers available
