I was able to see it a few years ago as well, at Chino Planes of Fame. Superb restoration.

It is Neil Armstrong (and the moon landing was on 7/20/69).   Where do I collect my BraveSirRobin points?

Amazing that it was buried under all that ice and they fixes it up. I read a story about a fw190 that some guy found in a swamp and he restored it.

I had heard of Glacier Girl, but I didn't know the full story behind it until just last night, when I read about it.
