now that's clever, a two seater means you can train more people, even if the CoG is slightly different of course..

a few operators did field mods (I really hope they got full state authority approval or someone here might be a bit upset ;) ), never a production version.

Don't hold your breath it won't be flying :blink: .....Just getting back at Sternjaeger

They are so homely though :(

 

But we also have these two along with the five others that are flying now..I don't count Buchons..I guess most of them are but you put a DB on them and they're not anymore as far as I'm concerned :crazy:

Gah, to be honest I've always regarded twin seater versions of aircraft like the Spit and the like to be a stain on the aircraft... To me it's just a way to ruin the look of a good aircraft... :(

Yes I think 109 G12s are homely as hell ...But when you think for a second they may be very useful in teaching new pilots how to take off and land them. By new I mean pilots with thousands of hours that are new to the 109. :biggrin:
