I've got to credit the IL2 guys for a really speedy issue resolution.

 

I read the Flying Circus announcement and got embarrassingly excited (because I prefer being shot down in slow motion)...

 

I also saw the lovely gesture that the devs would give Rise Of Flight supporters as discount for FC. Since I actually have a cobweb covered box eidition of RoF I was hoping (and really grateful!) for a discount for FC.

 

So on my work laptop I click-click-clicked... until  realised that my laptop didn't have my paypal info... so I stopped the purchase. Okaaaay.....

A couple of hours later, at home on my gaming PC, with all my paypal info here, I was ready to dive in... except.... my "Store" profile said I's already used my discount code...! Noooooooooo...... But I never even finished buying FC!.....

 

A quick message to customer support and 24 hours later, all is resolved! I'm many euros poorer, but I now get to mess about with the DR1 over Lapino! Let's see who owns the turning circle now, beetch!

 

Seriously though, many thanks to the boys (and girls) in customer support!
