Enemy turrets not rotating

Slapped together a simple test mission where I had to engage 2 T34's and a kv1.

 

I noticed that the turrets of the t34's are not rotating??  Yet they do shoot at you while the gun is facing away from you..   

 

Anyone else noticed this on enemy tanks?
