Launcher stay running after shutdown.

Hello Support & All.

 

I find that the game launcher stays running after shutting down despite launcher saying it's waiting for background programs to finish, stays like that without closing.

 

If i manually close the launch window and i want to go back to game later, game won't start saying another launcher is running, then  assuming the first launcher is still running in background though not showing.

 

I have to reboot the PC to fully shut the launcher down so i can play game again later.

 

How and Why is this that the launcher can stay running in background after exiting game and launcher till PC is shutdown or rebooted.

In the settings on "pre launch" launcher screen, check that 'seed when downloaded' box is unchecked.

Have now fixed it, why have such a thing in a launcher.

My Launcher path below, yours may differ.

Thank you. Mine is different.  I bought mine through Steam. Now in hind sight I should have bought direct. I cant find the launcher.exe. There is not one in the BOS folder.

You don't need no launcher Mark.

You have a Steam game, it will update through Steam.

Consider yourself lucky: Usually the Steam Update is much faster and smoother then the launcher one.
