Rather sad.. 

 

Looks like very early rotation, hard to see clearly details when I watched. 

 

Prefer to wait for accident report before making more guesses. 

 

Extremely lucky this was not more catastrophic for crew and passengers

Total screw up, look at the elevator angle and tail bouncing on Terra Firma at the 23 second mark just before the thing attempted to flounder into the air.  He didn't even attempt to raise the tail into a flying attitude like the example posted below and there are many other tail high examples to be found on the net,  waste of a good aircraft.
