Question on Career transfer?

Hey gang,

 

So I have just come to the end of my second Spit Kuban Career with 57th GIAP. I am presented with a couple of options - one click finish and the Career is done (what I did in my first full Career), the second option to request a transfer to another unit to continue.

First I assume this would be another unit flying planes other than the Spit?

And how does one request a transfer? I have looked through the Career menu and am not seeing how to do this?

 

Probably missing something really simple here - any help greatly appreciated.

Headquarters, map, click on any squad with a green + sign, this will bring up the story of that unit with two selectable choices at the bottom: Join / Exit
