Picture of keys?

I read the sticky regarding the new keys, however how does one find these deactivated keys? Steam does not show them, and on my IL-2 account the keys that were revoked on steam still say active (i sent them a pic of those keys). Just curious about the best way to solve this issue. Also, ive read other people have received their news keys and everything already but its been 3 days and i have not had a reply to any support ticket i had made, i know theyre busy but it seems odd people are getting new keys already and i havent had any kind of contact at all with anyone. (I made one about being unable to access content bought from their website: kuban bodenplatte etc). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

It might be a long queue, and they are already rolling out a hotfix for new bugs. so its probably just a matter of time.

I just have a lot of vacation time coming up and I want to make sure everything is working fine and im not using goofy keys or anything so i can enjoy some flying. Thanks for your reply.
