Hi,

very excited with the tank crew DLC, however where can I see my key binders, normally you could control the tank with WASD but now it's kind of changed, anyone could point to a

layout for tank control??

cheers.

Some of the bindings i was able to figure out myself. But a guide or something similar would be really helpful and highly appreciated.

Cheers

You need to find them in keybindings. Sadly there is no separate tab for tank control. But first, check this post

I wish for keybindings profiles for each aircraft. For example, I could assign throttle for MC202 in a proper way, which means inverted ?

Mouse moves the turret and ones head from the hatches.
LCtrl+C moves one from crew position to position.
RAlt+C moves one from each crew position to the crew positions open hatch position.
[E] key still starts and stops the engine.
[T] key still takes control of the turret.
Left Shift+T takes one to the Cannon Sight. /MG? from MG position? NOTE: one can fire the cannon and the machine gun without changing ammo type.
Mouse wheel is used for Zoom.
Left mouse button fires Cannon.
Right mouse button fires Machine Gun.
Cursor Keys used to drive the tank.

WASD still works fine for me for driving the tank?

I haven't touched any of those keybindings.

A little more...

RAlt+G: Switch ammunitions

RAlt+";" / ".": adjust gunsight range

RWin+C: Open/close visor or window

You need to start the engine before you can drive it.

So I played a bit around with it, and it looks good, however I really hope there is a lot more  in the pipeline for this DLC.

1. house damage models? right now they are indestructible

2. More infantry movement

3. Campaigns

yes need Binos for the commander. Also ways to control a tank troop in battle

That should all be incorporated into the new map explicitly for Tank Crew.  Was there a timeline for when that map was to be released?

Alright, this is ridiculous.  Why would you release this in EA without an ounce of instructions toward key bindings?  I got most of it to work except the most important thing.  My guns won't fire.  I'm having regrets already.

Default key is left mouse button. Before you fire,  make sure you are in gunner seat and have pressed 'left shift+t', to align eyes with the sight,  then just 't' to take control of the turret.

Now click LMB?

You can only fire the gun from commander seat or gunner spot not driver seat.
You can also map your Rudder pedals for throttle and brake and use joystick for other steering or

Like me i use racing wheel pedals for rudder in planes
so in tanks i use pedals and wheel to drive tanks its great as i can do a very slowly 5*/second turn in tank and not loose speed.

I tried to make my Keyboard layout similar to World of Tanks (yes, I know it is ARCADE? WASD for movement, Right click for Gunsight/ Zoomed view, Left click Fire, Space for machine gun. Q and E for gunsight height adjustmstment (this come in really Handy!, but you have to change "Start Engine", e.g. to Shift+E). 1,2,3,4 for Crew positions. Works great for me and is lots of fun.

Hi, I deleted that post I was angry lol. I reset all key binding to default and painstakingly keyed them all up again and now everything works just fine (still not convinced by tank crew tho haha). Good evening to you chap :)
