Tank Crew driver position not responding

When in the driver position the game will periodically stop responding to input. The vehicle stops, the camera will not turn. It will return to normal after a couple seconds, but happens again every 5-10 seconds. This only occurs in the driver position, and I have been able to replicate it in both the Tiger H1 and KV-1S.
