If you buy battle of Kuban but did not own Il-2 BoS can I still play the game? Even in Multiplayer or?

Yes you will be able to play the game, online and in singleplayer.

What happens if the server does not have my plane on it? Give me a blank option or?

You will not be able to fly, I'd say 75% of the time you'll be able to fly though. However if you want to make a safe bet get battle of stalingrad, every server has at least 1 BOS plane in it. Or moscow, the mig-3 is usually always available to fly. Or the F-2.

 

You don't need to own the maps to fly them online though. If it's a stalingrad map you'll still be able to fly. Gotta say 1c made a good choice with the way multiplayer works.
