BB5000 Posted July 17, 2018 Posted July 17, 2018 Ok, so I lost BOS and BOM today..G2A keys so lesson learned , I guess. Trying to re-buy BOS on the IL2 web site, but it can't be done since the product is registered as activated. Created a support ticket. Got BOK and several collector planes bought from the IL2 Store that currently are unusable. Will the bad keys be cleared so I can re-buy the missing products ? 1

SCG_Cryptiks Posted July 17, 2018 Posted July 17, 2018 (edited) I talked to support and got my BOS Standard key cleared, and I bought it again earlier today, so I'm pretty sure you guys will get yours cleared too. The issue is that the game now crashes when I try and login. I see two possible issues either the account got banned altogether, or I need to get it un-linked from steam and link it with the new game back onto my steam account. SYN_Haashashin Posted July 17, 2018 Posted July 17, 2018 My guess its that yes, if you bought the rest here or steam (it seems some are having the problem after buying from steam, in that case contact steam since I am sure its a hiccup or something) everything should be there. It is no longer valid and cannot be redeemed on any account. "Request of the publisher" ??? What's the reason then ???

Point is that except forum you cant find any where on publisher website that you must buy key for game on publisher web site or Steam, except you looking small font size 5 to found in some corner, I have registered my key on publisher web site legal before 8 month I have screen shot and is steal valid, but they revoked. Admins on forum ban or close topic which ask resolving this kind of legal problem, cos when you buy and register key and they revoked it after year it is a BIG legal problem. I am waiting for resolving my problem, but I am not sure I will ever buy any game from them, cos for few years they could revoke keys from steam too. I got my key on G2A for less money, I got a lot of games I want to play there and I dont have any kind of problem till NOW. They should contact third part sellers and tell or demand not to sell keys for they games, but you can go to G2A NOW and still buy game key. Which fault is this, buyer or owner? And who pay price for mistake? 1

My keys on steam for BOM and MC202 were deactivated for no reason either. These were steam keys, so they prefer their customers suffer with repurchasing at higher premiums now. Rather then just allow the keys to be kept while blocking the rest. Customer support must be rated very high in this company... Contact support of whomever you bought the key from. 2 times today that I see you attack the devs with subtle accusations, first of lying, now this. Last one for sure. Haash

Haash Point is "DO NOT BUY FROM GREY MARKET WEBSITES" MUST BE on publisher websait in Store to everyone to see and "GRAY MARKET WEBSITE" must be stop from selling your keys, How do you explane that my key where legit for 8th month almost an year? and now they are not. 1
