X-Plane ATC Question

So, do you guys fly X-Plane 11?

 

If you do, and you fly smaller Aircraft, do you find the Approaches just as excessive as I do? When I fly from EDKA to ETNG, which is normally a 10km Flight, and I take my little Part 103 Ultralight, it sends me on an Approach that Starts somewhere near Cologne, treating me like an E3A. 

 

Is there a tool to get the ATC to find Reason?

ATC isn't really the strong point of X-Plane.

I have been vectored to Narnia and back by ATC when all I wanted was vectors onto the localizer.

 

You'd best try VATSIM (or Pilotedge if you fancy flying in the southwestern US). There you can talk to real People. Some of them even know what to do ?
