Optimizing GPU temp for IL2?

What's an optimal temp for a laptop GPU?  I'm using a GTX 1060 Max Q and getting around 60-70 fps on ultra and no antialiasing but every time I play, my GPU goes to like 73 C.

 

Is there anyway to bring it down to like 60-68? whilst still getting around 50-60 fps?

 

I've enabled Vsync in game and on the Nvidia Control Panel, I've adjusted "Power Management Mode" to Prefer Consistent.  Any other tricks you guys know of?

If you want to restrict fps open startup.cfg file located in:

...\1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data

Under

[KEY = graphics]

find fps_limit, as it usually is fps_limit = 0

Make it for  it for example fps_limit = 60

start your game go to settings and then graphics, find Target FPS,  there must be 60.

Click the arrow in front of it , You can change it to whatever number you want now here or manually in startup.cfg file.
