bought a collectors plane (NOT IN MY GAME)

Bought a collectors plane and it not in my game, just like the title said. my credit card was charged for it, money came out of account for the plane and its not there. So I contacted support, who has given me little to no help, but to ask the same question (Please help us to understand the problem by describing the situation to us step by step. Necessarily, illustrate the description with screenshots). I've bought many games and DLCs online the same way and this the first time I've ever this much problems. i bought the plane on the 2nd of July and it is now the, 5th I will never buy a plane DLCs or anything else from 777 studios ever again. So here I sit waiting for support to ask me the same question again it take and there not fast at getting back to you.  Has anyone else had this problem?

I have purchased every available game module and 'every' collector plane form the IL2 main sight and had absolutely no problems 'ever'.

 

Are you on Steam? I never used Steam for my IL2 purchases so I can't knowledgably address any problems encountered there. Sorry.  ?

 

Just a thought though. You should or could have a Profile on the IL2 main site. Perhaps your purchased collector plane has to be activated from there. From what I have read no activation codes are now provided through Steam.

 

I would think one should be able to activate the purchase through Steam somehow. Good luck. I hope you get this resolved.

I purchased it from the IL2 main site using my IL2 profile the im signed into the same profile on the game. at first i thought that it was pending but the charge went out of my account.

You should have received an email from 777Studios.net confirming the purchase and providing a link to your profile page to activate the module.

If you haven't received the email check your junk mail file to be certain 777Studios.net isn't blocked.

Chill out man, I think it have something to do with their servers (dunno maybe they turn them off after business hours xD ), but I had the same problem in the past. If the payment was successful, key is activated and the plane is visible under purchases at IL-2 site, then expect to have it in your game tomorrow around 10-11 AM Moscow time. If you don’t receive the purchase then request a chargeback/refund at your bank.
