First and Surnames in german career

Just a suggestion:

 

First names in career mode are currently not representative of common first names in the 40s in Nazi-Germany. 

 

Surnames have a way too high frequency to select noble names (von and zu Hatnichts), I suggest to tone that down to 3-5% noble names maximum.
