Visited by my daily Spitfire

I'm currently enjoying the summer, post-exams, living down by the coast. And every day for the past week, there has been a Spitfire that has flown around my flat in the morning.

 

It's such a nice spectacle, and I feel very lucky! He's usually gone by the time I grab my phone, or I'm lost in the moment, but here's a brief snippet I managed to capture.

 

 

 

 

He usually flies two circuits and heads off again, likely in preparation for a nearby airshow that's happening soon: Eastbourne's Airbourne (see below).
