German guns not charging at startup

I did a search and didn't see this posted recently. It looks like the "German guns not charging" bug is back, I noticed it today on the WOL server. I only fly on the WOL server so I'm not sure if this is a server or game bug. The bug had vanished since the last update but returned today.

 

Intermittently the guns in my 109 won't charge at startup and I have to exit mission, reselect plane and change the ammo settings to no ammo and back to the proper selected ammo. This fixes it for that flight.
