In VR, on the Berloga server when it's busy, crash land between the two sides' spawn points, then stand up 'climb' out of your cockpit, then watch the chaos overhead. The sound implementation is brilliant and it's just like watching an airshow. For added immersion put a fan up to simulate the wind blowing over the steppe. Thank you Berloga people for enabling external views!

Yes!! I do not use vr but I love to sit on the ground and watch aircraft passing. 

The sound is quite good although I find it not high enough compared to when I was in a airshow.

Sounds like "Dead Man's Land" is about to get rather crowded.

I agree the external sounds are impressive. I love the sound of a diving plane as it approaches.

I remember a mission we did On Skuka on WOL server.

we were like 8 stuka, 

When on the objective we put the siren...

When I saw the track on the ground perspective: Holy crap it was like hooligan gang with BOOMs , destroying everything!

I was almost sadistic!!

Something else worth trying in VR is to fly the Ju52 with paratroopers, then get up out of your seat and walk through the cockpit door...
