(Tank Crew) Role Specific Matchmaking

What do you think about a role specific matchmaker for Tank Crew? (i.e. you can search for games that need a tank driver or an assistant gunner etc.) I think this could make the game more accessible while keeping the simulation aspects intact.

There's no matchmaking in the game to begin with so I doubt this will ever be added. I'm sure it will be just like the aircraft crew positions we have now, one player selects the Tank and then others can select to join the crew and select a position.
