weird particle issue. need help asap

need help fixing this weird particle issue (picture included, sorry about quality). im running at the default high settings. i have no clue on what this could be caused by

Usually it is caused by outdated graphic card drivers.

 

If it's not already done, update to the latest and see if it helps

thanks. my driver was oudated. im updating it now to see if it improves
