Help!

Hi guys, 

I have a big problem!

After an hard crash of my PC I had to reinstall Windows but without having the possibility to do a backup of my files. 

Now I reinstalled Il2 but I lost all my previous saved games (profile, career and all the badges awarded). 

I'm trying to recover deleted files, but I don't know in which folder all this data were stored, please could you tell me if there is a way to recover them?

That data is stored online in the game's servers, don't worry about it. As soon as you log-in again you'll see everything as it was.

 

Edit: sorry, I'm wrong, this was with the old campaign. Now your campaign data is stored locally.

I have only to log in or I must do something else please?

I'm not sure all of the career data is stored on line because I have seen people talking about backing up mission files incase there mission crashes ....

Thanks AeroAce, I'm afraid it isn't because my profile is completely resetted now... 

I wish I had made a backup before now I fear that I have to start everything from scratch

as far as I know only the official campaign data might be stored on the game's server - everything else is stored locally I'm afraid.

Try to move the directory ...\data\swf\il2\usersave\ and ...\data\Career\cp.db file into your new game folder

We don't keep your campaign (offical and unofficial) and career progress on our servers.
