IIN8II Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Made this quick little cinematic to show off how great Stalingrad looks. Keep up the great work devs! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lC5XkmQO6-M&feature=youtu.be 9
J4SCrisZeri Posted January 18, 2014 Posted January 18, 2014 (edited) Simply beautiful, makes everything look even richer than it is, actually. Edited January 18, 2014 by J4Scriszeri
migmadmarine Posted January 18, 2014 Posted January 18, 2014 Very nice, earned yourself a new sub with that.
IIN8II Posted January 18, 2014 Author Posted January 18, 2014 Thank you all. Cant wait to make some full cinematics with this beautiful game! 1
IIN8II Posted January 18, 2014 Author Posted January 18, 2014 Thanks for the support everyone! Just perfect. What is the music used? Mewt, the song is called "Court and Page". You can download it for free from the YouTube music library.
Freycinet Posted January 18, 2014 Posted January 18, 2014 Beautiful and haunting. Makes me wonder a little bit why the developers chose that all buildings should have the same colour. I don't think Stalingrad was so monochromatic in reality. I remeber the photos from the developers' visit to the city, many of the historical sites were brick buildings. A bit of sooty red wouldn't have been out of place. 2

I think that the monochromatic look of the city sets a certain tone from an artistic standpoint (not sure if thats the overall goal). However, from the realistic standpoint, I do think it would be nice to see some more detail added to the city, such as brick building and more rubble etc. I know that this is still the early version of the map and city, so I think we will just have to wait and see how it turns out. 1
Zoring Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 Some piles of rubble wouldn't go astray either.
