Technical Support Tickets

Hi folks!

I have some troubles with my old e-mail account, that i cant login anymore and i forgott my password for the Il2 Account! I contacted the 1cgs tech support team and got an answer 5 min later, i do what they told me to do and send them my email adresses and activation keys! This was on saturday, i send them 3 tickets since that and get no replay anymore from the support! Does anyone have an idea whats going on or what i could do to reach them? I wanna play BoS :(
