C: Drive vs E: Drive ?

Do you lose any performance if you DL and run BOS from your E drive rather than your C?  My E drive is huge so that is where BOS currently lives and it seems to run fine but thought I'd ask.

I run BoS from my D drive at the moment as I have a 256G SSD drive as my C drive and it is getting full.. I am waiting for the prices to drop a bit more before I get a bigger SSD drive.. but it runs fine from there.
