track ir free cam and speed

is there a way to link the track ir (or opentrack)to the free cam (F11) and is there a way to change its speed, I find that tapping W,A,S,D while in free came sends you flying across the map

Don't know if you can link to tracker ir. I think you can click on settings in the main game menu then on camera and adjust the speed.
