klebor Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 (edited) This vent intake was transparent in real Bf-109G's. Just like in your photos. Its how it look like in Bf-109K-4 from DCS: BTW. It's nice the developers at least corrected it's position in last 3.004 patch. My opinion is: the developers have some limited amount of time and money to perform the research for each plane, so we, as community, should help them and provide source materials like books, scans, photos etc. for every Bodenplatte's plane in separate topic. BTW. For me IL2's cockpit looks even better than DCS's, the advantages of DCS's are movable instrument plate and more glass-like covers of indicators. Edited June 19, 2018 by sereme1 1

klebor Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 Probably you're right, but i didn't see the model (not transparent) used in game. What doesn't mean it wasn't used. After all really good job correcting the position.
