Game will not launch

Hi all,

 

I have a legal copy of Il2 Battle of Stalingrad. Also bought some collector planes. Untill this week i could launch the game every time i wanted. But some of these days suddenly it will not launch and i got every time the message: "Wrong email adress or password, make sure you activated the key on our website".

You find my keys/purchase on image here under.

 

Can someone help me

Hi,

 

did you make sure your game is updated? Because I had the same error message when I wanted to login the game.

When I selected to run the game in offline mode I got the message, that I have to update my client.

 

After the update, I had no more problems to run the game. So be sure, your game is updated correctly.

Trying to make updates it says "already updated".

When trying to play in offline, got the same message "wrong mail adress or password, ..."

 

I hope someone can give a good help?

Try clearing your username and passwords,uncheck remember password and then re enter manually.
