Problems with axis binding (Thrustmaster Hotas T.Flight 4)

I recently faced some problems regarding axis setup with my T.Flight 4 joystick. The game is seemingly unable to recognize the following axes:

1. joystick twist

2. throttle

3. rudder pedals at the back side of the throttle

 

The game showed no reaction to these axes despite the given binding instructions being followed.

Strangely these three axes were the only things affected on the joystick. All of the buttons + the pitch and roll axes worked perfectly fine.

 

I would like to know if there is a solution to this problem or if the T.Flight 4 simply doesn't function with the game.

I have a Thrustmaster T 1600 and the buttons on the base of the Joy Stick quit working.  The ones on the stick still work fine.  This is only a problem with the new 3.003 release,  Nothing I do will make it work including rebinding the buttons.  It still works fine with all other sims I have set up.

I picked up a T.Flight 4 joystick today and im having the same problem.

Have you calibrated your t.flight?
