Just a Suggestion

Concerning the support section. I've recently had to send in a ticket about an issue I'm having. Very frustrating. Can't use the new planes and it's probably my fault. Hope they can fix it. But this concerns how we send in a ticket and get responses. It can be a bit worrisome not knowing if you sent your ticket correctly, or if the devs even recieved it. I did get my first response the next day, but I had actually sent another, because I was unsure as to wether I had sent it correctly.

Would it be possible to generate an automatic response that simply says, "We have recieved your ticket and will get to it as soon as possible" or something along those lines. It would be generated immediately and at least save the customer some worries as to wether or not you got it. Just a suggestion. And I truley hope you can help me. I want to fly that Spitfire!
