How Do I know If Support Got My Ticket?

Do they send an E-mail? I'm not a happy camper at the moment. I don't have the Spit or 109 in my plane set, in spite of having preordered. I've sent in a couple of tickets to support. I've gone to the support post here but no answer. I don't even know if they've heard my issue. It's aggravating me that I've paid money for something I can't use. I thought I'd at least get a return e-mail saying that they recieved my support question. I promised myself that I'd never pre-order anything and went against my instincts with this.

They're usually pretty quick...hang in there.

They might be very busy at the moment.

Yeah, Gambit. Guess I'll just check back tomorrow. Nothing much else I can do. Is there a way to check what version I have to see if it even installed correctly?

The version number is in the bottom right corner of the main menu screen.

Well, it's gets stranger. I bought it back when it first went uo for pre-order. But now I see that I have two different accounts. When I log in with my gmail account I have everything I've purchased except the Bodenplatte planes. When I log in with the hotmail account I ONLY get the two Bodenplate planes to show up and nothing else! Is there a way to unite eveything under one email? Hopefully that will fix it.

Support will 10/10 have to help you with that assuming it's even possible for them to do a simple merge of accounts.

I had a similar issue Poochnboo a couple of years ago. Tech support straightened it out for me within a day. Good Luck!

Thanks for the answers. Rjel, what did they do, if I may ask? Is it something that I can do at my end, myself?

For the second time, no, it is not. It will require intervention from support assuming it's even possible to merge the two accounts.

If not, I'm wondering what the answer will be. I didn't realize that I had asked that question, already. Sorry if I did. But I see that's probably what you meant by the 10/10. There must be an answer, I think. At the moment, I can't use the modules that I paid for.

I had also bought a couple of planes in RoF under a different email address. They simply combined them for me on my main email login.

They wouldn't do it for me when I asked them to merge my IL-2/ROF accounts... Which was a little unfortunate because I own everything for ROF and wanted all of my 777 purchases under a single email address.

Yeah, I gotcha... The basic premise remains the same, though.

 

What is certain is they'll make it right for Pooch regardless of what approach they have to take.

Sure. I've only emailed tech support a couple of times. Came away satisfied both times.

Well, that's promising. Sounds like it can be done. How did I do that, though!? I want to make sure I don't do it again. Did I buy most of my purchases using one e-mail, and then for some reason used another email for the Bodenplatte purchase? That's the only answer I can figure as to how it happened.

Would the email you purchase it with even matter though?

(1) That's what all the evidence points towards. User error... With no offense intended.

(2) Yes, the email account you purchase the product with is the account which the key will be registered to.
