CTRL+R not working

As per the title, really. Have tried re-binding, no effect. 

 

Startup config file is:

 

[KEY = track_record]
    fx_sound = 2
    record_graphics_effect = 1
    record_ground_vehicles = 1
    tacviewrecord = 1

 

Probably missing something very obvious, anyone have any ideas?

Figured it out thanks to a reply on another thread from JimTM. The Steam installer, for some reason, had not created a 'Tracks' folder in the game data directory.

 

Manually create the folder - problem solved.

I don't have the problem but someone got to say thanks to you to have take time to report the solution in the thread in case someone need it too here
