The update took place a few hours ago and I still can not log in to my account because the information about the non-active account appears.

However, I checked in profile and the game is activated. Restart and even reinstalling the game does not help....

And me no connection to master server then wrong email or password window. But can log into main account and forums

Same here ? just bought bodenplate to try it out and i cant

Lol probably found the solution: after deleting saved password and typing it manualy i loged in with no problem

Wish mine could be solved that easily. I find that my Bodenplatte airplanes are in a different account than the rest of the game. So here I have these two planes sitting by themselves with no other aircraft on the menu. Not even my maps. Just that Luki map that someone made. Everything else is under another account. If the devs can't fix it for me, I have the Spit9 and 109G-10 sitting all by themselves. I can fly them against each other, and that's it. 

My wife bought the Bodenplatte pre order for me for Christmas using a different account than I used for everything else. I love 'er for it , but, geez! How's THAT for an account screw up?

I had very similar problem in ROF, and after I explained the situation to Tech support, they deactivated the keys at the unused account so I could gift them to any other account i wanted including my primary one

For God's sake do not tell her what happened. Just say it was the best present ever...and make a skin with her name on the aircraft. Works a treat....

So that is all that needs to be done? Deactivate the account that has Bodenplatte? I'm not getting a response from tech on this , so I don't even know if they got my ticket. Wish it was something I could do myself. What if I deleted the account that has Bodenplatte? Would I be able to reinstall it into the right place?

 

Hmmm...now I'm thinking about possibly asking for a refund. Either that or they could credit me the money so I could rebuy it with the right account. I don't know....just wish they'd get back to me about it. I guess they're busy.

 

Unreasonable! I just noticed that you are a founder. If you have the ears of the devs...would it be possible for you to have them look into this? Maybe they can contact support for me. A lot to ask, I know. But hell. I paid 70 buck for Bodenplatte. I'd like to be able to use it. Thanks for listening.

They are to deacitvate the keys for the BoB not the whole account (which is bound to a email) so You can gift the BoB from that unused account to Your primary one.

Being a founder just means that I was one of the early suckers  customers on the initial BoS pre-order, like loads of others. No-one listens to me, developers least of all. ;)

 

It is the weekend and they are a small team so maybe they are in in their second jobs infiltrating DNC servers and making up fake news tweets, or passed out at home. Give them until midweek and then maybe try again. These things usually work out OK once they have sobered up.

By the power granted to me as a founder - lol - I'd say you'll have to wait for at least Monday morning Moscow time for anything to happen.  This is a team of not much more than twenty people.  I'm pretty sure they don't have a 24/7 help desk.

 

Do not be tempted to delete anything before you hear from support.  In the meantime;  Wockets!
